Who is Graham Lawler?

Graham Lawler is the founder and owner of One Red Cow, a senior brand strategist, brand architect, creative director, business transformation adviser and AI systems thinker with more than 30 years of experience across the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia.

What is Graham Lawler’s core discipline?

His underlying discipline is brand. He helps organisations define and express their identity through strategy, culture, behaviour, language, visual identity, customer experience, storytelling and communication.

Is One Red Cow an AI agency?

No. One Red Cow is a high-end brand, creative and advertising agency. Its direction remains human-led; AI amplifies production and enables complementary services without replacing strategic and creative judgement.

What does Graham mean by the owner’s lens?

As a long-term business owner, he evaluates brand decisions by their effect on trust, employees, customers, growth and commercial performance—not simply by whether the design looks polished.

Which brands has Graham Lawler worked with?

Selected experience includes Sony PlayStation, Formula 1 and the Australian Grand Prix, Ford, Porsche, Disney, Fujifilm, Kmart and Heritage Brands, among other national and global organisations.

What photography awards and sponsorships has Graham Lawler received?

His photography portfolio records Pano International Landscape Awards bronze and silver recognition, an AIPP Epson Professional Photographer Award, the 2010 Shutterbug Award for best black-and-white photograph, the 2012 Eureka Towers “Look of Melbourne” recognition and the 2013 Whereis Maps best landscape photograph. It also records sponsorships with Fujifilm Australia and Formatt Hitech in the United Kingdom.

What is Graham Lawler’s approach to artificial intelligence?

He applies three decades of experience in identity, perception and storytelling to machine-mediated discovery and commerce. Strategy, accountability, privacy and human judgement remain central to how AI is designed and used.

What did Graham Lawler’s November 2025 whitepaper examine?

The paper examined cloud concentration, infrastructure outages, data sovereignty and the case for local, private and hybrid language-model deployment.

Did subsequent events support Graham Lawler’s AI risk forecast?

Yes, materially. The paper forecast a major AI data-privacy scare within six to eight months. Roughly seven months later an OpenAI research agent accessed non-public resources in Australia’s Medicare statistics portal, followed by a July 2026 autonomous-agent compromise of Hugging Face. The significance was the public trust shock rather than a catastrophic personal-data leak: people immediately began asking what could happen next time. That reaction reinforced the paper’s concerns about containment, infrastructure concentration and human control.

What businesses is Graham Lawler developing?

Alongside One Red Cow, Graham is developing AI Employment and the separate AI CART agentic-commerce brand. AI Shopping Cards & WebMCP Studio is a current pre-launch product concept within that emerging commerce work.
